I just wanted to say a really big thank you to all the staff who helped me back in January. Having talked to the other candidates at the exam it appears that your course gives far more viva practice than other courses. It was definitely viva technique and not knowledge that was crucial to passing! Thank you.

A huge "thank you" to the whole faculty for a brilliant and well run course. I have just learned that I passed the exam on my first attempt!!! It is in no doubt due to the course. I had no confidence in my chances of passing on arriving in Les Arc but due to the tuition, the many vivas and individual support from the tutors I left a different person. In the end I actually enjoyed the examination process and was able to put in to practice what I learned on the course. There is no doubt that the Alpine FRCS course is the best course I have ever done both in terms of the influence on my exam result but I also truly enjoyed it as a learning experience which will influence my daily practice as a surgeon.

I would like to thank the faculty who have a great role to play with my success in the recent exams held at Dublin. The course was absolutely brilliant and helped me with structured revision and above all reduced the anxiety levels significantly. Also the timing of the course is perfect. I would highly recommend this course and strongly feel that one should not dive into an examination without being on a course.

Perfect location, for an intense course without the distraction of children and housework. the distance meant that I had to focus and couldn't drive back if my husband couldn't use the machine. The skiing was pretty good too. Joking aside, the tutors were dedicated and attentive. The faculty made you feel like the viva was the real exam and this was invaluable......the real examiners were much more relaxed!!

I have passed my exam held last week. Thank you once again for your support. I attended the course in July 2009 and have been using your audio notes - they were simply excellent. Alpine 2010 course for FRCS III was very well run and geared towards the exam by a dedicated faculty. Only missing bit is the clinicals.

I would like to say that the course in August was perfectly timed and the very well organised.
It was the perfect building block to understanding the components of the exam and helped to target my preparation.
